Therapy & Coaching — Seattle, WA
This is a space where your feelings are welcome and worked with — by both of us. Together, we explore what you're carrying and move toward something that actually shifts. For individuals, couples, and families ready to grow and change.

About
I'm a licensed therapist and coach based in Seattle. My work is relational and systemic — which means I'm less interested in labeling what's wrong and more interested in understanding the patterns that shape your relationships, your history, and your sense of who you are.
I'm warm, and I genuinely care about the people I work with. I'm also direct — I won't let you spin in circles for months without naming what I'm seeing. The two aren't in conflict. The goal is honest, sustained change — not performing growth.
I work with individuals navigating identity, relationships, and life transitions. I work with couples doing the hard relational work. I work with families trying to understand each other across real differences. And I offer dedicated coaching for people living with chronic illness and pain.
Services
Each service is structured to match the kind of work you're coming in for. Not every problem is the same, and not every container should be either.
For people ready to look honestly at their patterns — in relationships, at work, and within themselves — and do something real about them.
Relationships don't fall apart because of bad people — they get stuck in cycles. Together, we slow those cycles down, understand them, and build something different.
Families carry patterns across generations. When a family comes in together, we work on the system as a whole — not just the person who has been identified as the problem.
A free 15-minute consultation is a good place to figure out together what kind of support makes the most sense for what you're going through.

How I Work
I'm trained across several frameworks, but I don't apply them like recipes. I use what actually fits the person in front of me.
Problems don't live in isolation — they live in systems. Whether that's a relationship, a family, or the stories you've inherited about who you are, I look at the whole picture, not just the presenting symptom.
The way you learned to connect — and to protect yourself from connecting — runs beneath most of what brings people to therapy. We work with that, not around it.
I'll name what I see — not to confront you, but because therapy that dances around what's real isn't especially useful. You deserve honesty delivered with care, and a space where you can be equally honest in return.
Understanding isn't enough on its own — it has to connect to how you act, relate, and show up. I draw on cognitive and behavioral techniques to help you build practical skills for engaging in relationships more fully and reclaiming genuine agency over your own life. Part of that work is often helping you develop a sense of self-worth that's authentically yours — not borrowed from others' approval.
The story you tell about your life shapes what feels possible. Part of this work is separating who you are from the story that has been told about you — by others, or by yourself.
